| A kind hearted woman named Michelle bought rabbits at the Woodburn auction rather than see them go to slaughter. OTP has adopted thirteen of these lucky bunnies who are now happily hopping across the grass in the new enclosure. Come meet them at the Open House this Saturday. |

| Percy & Popty Need A Loving Forever Home! |
| Percy is a female cat that we rescued about 10 weeks ago. She was pregnant at the time, and she had five babies. The other four kittens have been adopted. Unfortunately, the adoptions on Percy and the last kitten, Popty have fallen through. |

| For several years OTP has been getting free discarded produce from Raw! Raw! Raw! Foods located in City Market on NW 21st in Portland. The animals at OTP enjoy daily a variety of fruits and veggies thanks to the generosity of Raw! Raw! Raw! |

| Sherri Tallman from Hidden Oaks Llama Ranch came out to shear, vaccinate, deworm and do nail trims on the two llamas. Limo and Coco are much happier now with their short summer hairdos. Sherri does llama rescue and was the one who took Limo and Coco from their last home (where sadly they had been left tied to trees for years). |

| Our 4th of July weekend yard sale was a huge success. Fund were raised to purchase hay, veterinary supplies, and vegan cat food. We sold everything from an inflatable kayak to lava lamps to vintage evening gowns. Many thanks to Anna, Ninette, Kevin, Syd and Nadine for all your hours of hard work. Our next sale is tentatively scheduled for July 31st/ |

He discussed pasture management, rotational grazing, manure management, rainwateharvesting, swales, “chicken tractors” and more. Thank you James for sharing your knowledge with us. |

| Jerilee Auclair from Vancouver generously drove all the way to Estacada and donated seven large bolts of polar tech fleece material to use for cat bedding in the new cat enclosure. There will be lot of warm happy cats this winter thanks to Jerilee. |
